Terms of Service

InterviewAI ("Service", "we", "us") is an AI-powered interview preparation platform operated by prepair.app, Ukraine.

The Service provides users with AI-generated practice interview questions and feedback to help them prepare for job interviews. prepair.app is a self-improvement and practice tool — AI feedback is for educational purposes only and is not used in any hiring, recruitment, or employment decisions.

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@prepair.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

The free plan includes a limited number of interviews per calendar month. Paid plans unlock additional interviews and features. Pricing is displayed on the pricing page and may change with 14 days' notice.

All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in a refund policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or our question bank.
• Share account credentials or resell access to the Service.
• Submit content that is harmful, offensive, or violates third-party rights.
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the Service without our written consent.

Interview questions and feedback are generated by third-party AI models (OpenAI / Anthropic). This content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional career or legal advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular job application.

All software, design, and branding of InterviewAI are owned by us or our licensors. Your interview responses remain your own; by submitting them you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Upon termination your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that interview preparation using our platform will result in job offers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
